Dermatomyositis
Dermatomyositis is a type of muscle inflammatory muscle disease. It causes muscle weakness and distinctive skin rash. Mostly women are affected by this disease and it is mostly seen in the age group of 5 to 15 and 40 to 60. A disturbed immune system is mainly responsible for this condition. The symptoms of this disease include muscle weakness, itching swallowing, gastro intestinal ulceration, bleeding, and calcium deficiency in the body. It is not a serous disease. The diagnosis of this Dermatomyositis begins with blood test. Liver enzymes, muscle biopsy etc. Among all these liver enzyme and muscle biopsy are the most effective.
