Dermoid Cyst

This dermoid cyst is a common problem which is mostly found in women. These cysts are harmless and they do not show any symptoms. Only in certain cases when the woman is above the age of 40 this cyst can turn into malignant type. These cysts are filled with hair, bone, teeth, cartilage, sebaceous oil and other types of tissue. Generally these cysts are dissolved after some time and no treatment required for curing it. It mostly occurs to young women and the cyst grows gradually.In rare cases this dermoid cyst can get ruptured and it stops the blood supply to the ovaries. In such a situation an emergency surgical treatment is required.
