Elbow Joint

Elbow joint is the hinge joint situated in the middle of the arm. The elbow joint is made up of three different joints; the super radio-ulnar joint, the humeroradial joint and the humero-ulnar joint.These separate joints are individually comprised of two of the three bones of the arm; the ulna, the radius and the humerus. There is a bony projection at the rear portion of the joint which is known as olecranon. This bone is sometimes referred to as funny bone. This joint is considered to be the most stable joint in the entire human body.
