External iliac Vein
External iliac veins are described as large veins connected between the femoral veins and the common iliac veins. They originate from the inferior margin of the inguinal ligaments, and conclude after joining the internal iliac veins in order to form the common iliac veins opposite the sacroiliac synchondrosis. The name of the common femoral veins gets changed at the lower inguinal ligament border at the medial side when the external iliac vein terminates. The external iliac veins are accompanied by external iliac arteries along their entire course, and its tributaries serve as the inferior epigastria and the deep circumflex iliac veins.
