Nasal Polyp

This is a soft, non-cancerous, painless growth which appears on the lining of the nasal passage or in sinuses.  This will hang like grapes or tear drops. This is due to allergies, asthma, immune disorders or drug sensitivity. If it is small it has no symptoms but larger ones can even block your nasal passage or give breathing problems and infections. This is common in adults; medication will eliminate or reduce it. Sometimes you may have to go for surgery to remove them. If the case is severe it is difficult to remove it completely and it is a long-term treatment.
