Keratoderma Blennorrhagica
Also known as keratosis blennorrhagica, it is a type of skin disease where scaly rashes are found on palms and soles. These lesions may spread to the scrotum, scalp and trunk. Sometimes it is associated with Reiter’s syndrome and often resembles with psoriasis. Appearance is a waxy lesion which is yellowish brown in color. Joined together they may acquire a larger surface.Patient may misjudge it as a syphilitic infection at its initial stage. Differential diagnosis of the skin can be helpful in recognizing the condition.
