Scabies Picture

The highly infectious skin itching infection caused by itch mite called Sarcoptes scabiei gives the Scabies Picture to us. This is a transmitted through skin to skin or sexual contact. The primary symptom is a relentless and severe itch which eventually results to a skin rash along with minute red bumps & blisters. The main source of this infection is the eight legged mite which is microscopic in size. Generally the female mites infest the human skin. They survive months on a human skin and hatch eggs on the skin and infection may last for years. Crusted scabies are another type of infection that attacks to those whose immune system is down or very elderly person.
