Scarlet Fever
A streptococcus bacterial infection is responsible for the Scarlet fever. It is more common to teens and specifically children. In the past this fever supposed to be the major cause of death but now this is under control as proper treatment has been introduced for this infection. The most common symptom for this fever is the rashes that appears initially which looks more like a sunburn, bumpy and may be little itchy. These rashes affect the face, neck and the mouth first and then this spreads out in the whole body including the creases. This fever may rise to 102 degree and is also accompanied with bad sore throat, swollen glands in neck. The children may complain of stomach pain and physical discomfort.
